Leak Investigation
Project Description
Severe ongoing leaks were causing damp and stench. We investigated by pulling apart the upstairs balcony. We determined the root cause of issue was poor detailing and waterproofing of the balcony. We provided an interim solution to stop compounding damage followed by a long term strategy to full remedy the ongoing situation.
