Pool Roof Remediation
Project Description
Issue was identified with original membrane system being installed incorrectly and failing due to osmosis. Engineering was engaged to check the slabs to allow crane to lift excavator onto roof, several levels of base back propping was required. We removed 450sqm of rock, ground back the failed membrane and applied an appropriate compliant system.
